Case Study: Beach House, Donabate
Brief: We were contracted by a private client to project manage the build of their dream home. The old house on site was demolished to make way for this contemporary new build family home.

Process:
This site already had planning permission but progress was slow to start due to Covid lockdowns. This contemporary house was designed to take advantage of the beautiful views of Donabate beach & Lambay Island to the rear.
The clients wanted a modern house with a stunning open plan kitchen/dining/family room which opens onto the outdoor living space complete with outdoor fireplace for those long Summer evenings.
The rear consists of large glazed areas to maximise the stunning sea views.
