We were required to provide our client with a modern family home. A space and energy conscious design has produced layouts which maximise the space available, thus resulting in clean and modern interiors with limited energy bills.

We have been involved from concept design and planning stages through to construction phase and site supervision. We relied on our years of experience designing rural dwellings to guide this project through the planning process.

This dwelling has provided a large ergonomically designed kitchen / family room which is both functional as well as a pleasant living area for entertaining.
