Case Study: Extension & Renovation of existing house, Malahide, Co. Dublin
Brief:
FPC were brought on board to this project as project managers after planning permission was obtained. We prepared the tender documents, appointed the builder and supervised the construction on site.

Process:
The project involved completely remodelling the inside of the house, extending to the rear and modernising the elevations. The existing house was insulated, re-wired, re-plumbed & new windows, stairs and kitchen installed. The works resulted in a new energy rating of B2.
