Fingal Planning Consultants were engaged by Balbriggan Rugby Club to design & project manage their new clubhouse. Fingal Planning Consultants obtained planning permission, fire cert & disability cert & were Assigned Certifiers & PSDP for the project.

Process:
Our clients required a modern, energy efficient clubhouse for their adult & underage teams. We provided 4 changing rooms & showers, a meeting room, a kitchen & a members room. We achieved an energy rating of B1, in accordance with Building Regulations for commercial buildings.
