If at 1st you don't succeed......

We received an unexpected registered letter in the post today. After 18 months, 3 planning applications & 1 planning appeal we finally got a grant of permission for this infill development for a very happy Client.

From Day 1, although it was on a restricted site, we were always confident of getting planning permission, even if it did take a while to convince the Planners.

The lesson is never give up, good things come to those who don't take no for an answer!
