So what does 25 years hard work look like?

Recently I created an interactive Google My Maps showing every project I've been involved in throughout my career.
The result surprised even me! Over 700 projects, spread across Fingal, Dublin and beyond.
Each coloured marker tells a different story:
· New homes
· House extensions
· Education projects
· Commercial developments
· Leisure facilities
· Agricultural buildings
Behind every marker is a client who wanted to improve their property, expand a business, create a new home or invest in their future.
As a sole practitioner, it's easy to become focused on the next planning application or construction project. Looking at this map reminded me that small, consistent contributions over many years can have a real impact.
No one person can solve Ireland's housing shortage, but every planning permission secured, every house built, every extension completed and every business supported helps move things in the right direction.
I'm proud to have played a small part over the past 25 years and grateful to every client who has trusted me with their project.
I'm looking forward to adding plenty more markers to the map over the years ahead.
