A certificate of exemption is a certificate issued by a properly qualified professional that any works carried out to a property is exempted development, as specified in the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 and Amendments. (€300 + VAT @ 23%)
Cert of Exemption
A certificate of exemption will be required by your Solicitor, when you are selling your property, to confirm that any works carried out to your property were exempted development and did not require planning permission.
