Artificial Intelligence Policy

FPC may, from time to time, employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) software and related technologies to assist with aspects of the design, documentation, visualisation, or administration process.

AI is used solely as a support tool and never as a substitute for professional skill, care, and judgement. Any material generated by AI is subject to review, editing, and verification before inclusion in the project deliverables.

The Client acknowledges that AI tools are third-party services outside the control of FPC, and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information. Accordingly:

• AI outputs shall not be relied upon as authoritative unless expressly incorporated into final advice, drawings, or specifications issued by FPC.

• FPC gives no warranty, guarantee, or representation as to the accuracy, suitability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPC shall have no liability for errors, omissions, delays, or losses of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the use of AI tools.

All final deliverables issued by FPC remain subject to the professional standards and duty of care ordinarily owed by FPC, regardless of whether AI tools were used in their preparation.
