Housing at Foxrock Grove, Dublin 18

We recently completed 7 No. townhouses in Foxrock Grove, Dublin 18. This was a challenging infill site with houses & a graveyard adjacent.


We opted for timber frame houses with high levels of insulation, heat pumps & underfloor heating to achieve an A2 energy rating.


We provided Planning, BCMS & Assigned Certifier services for the development.
